“Win Today” is more than a phrase—it’s the standard we live by as a staff and the expectation we set for every athlete we serve. That’s why it’s printed on the back of our staff and athlete shirts. It defines how we show up, how we prepare, and how we compete.
Winning isn’t limited to trophies, medals, or final scores. Winning happens in the daily actions that lead to performance—how you train, how you prepare, how you respond to adversity, and how you handle the moments no one else sees. At OPT, we focus on winning every rep, every decision, and every opportunity to improve.
Our goal is to build winning as a habit, not a one-time outcome that shows up on a weekend. We challenge our athletes to win in their faith, their relationships, and their character—because success in sport is a reflection of success in life. When athletes consistently win their day through discipline, faith, and purpose, performance follows.
We believe that if you can win today—day after day—true success and game-day wins are not left to chance. They are earned.

win today.

FAITH

Faith sits at the center of why we compete and why we strive to win. Everything we do is for the glory of the God who creates us, to reflect what He has enabled us to become. we believe that through every season - adversity, injury, loss or pain - God walks with us, strengthens us, and lifts us when we cannot lift ourselves.

What's your why? Purpose is one of the most important drivers of performance, not just for athletes, but for life. You have to work for something bigger than yourself. Purpose is what you hold onto when motivation fades and quitting feels easier than continuing. Purpose fuels resilience, focus and growth. Define it. Protect it. Let it drive everything you do.

Discipline is the cornerstone of a true competitor. It is what separates those who participate and those who excel. Everyone will train. Everyone will wake up early. Everyone will face adversity.. But those who commit to disciplined action day in and day out are the ones who rise above the rest. Discipline isn't optional. It's the standard.
